Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a fantastic fiance named JP as well as an irritable father Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I blog about my day-to-day life, both including the good as well as the bad. My parents welcomed me into America in the year 1990 when I was a mere one and a half years old. I wouldn't have the opportunity to share my story now had my parents not worked hard and make sacrifices. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a lucrative future, my focus was on success and worked hard to get there. I believed that my future would unfold one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered a corporate position, be married, and then start a family. The life I had planned for myself was not the way was what it ended up being. Money and the prestige of my job didn't make me feel happy. It was as if I wasted my life for an income. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed working out with others and when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. Since 2014 I have been running my own business, and in the next year I'll celebrating my 7th year anniversary. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. I aim to be a positive influencer within the field to offer expert coaching for individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing healthy and sustainable living that caters to their individual goals and needs. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do all they wish to do in their life. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the worst loss of my life thus farthat of losing my Mom. Her battle for 8 years with scleroderma was over, and she now rests in Heaven. Her memory will always be in my heart and thoughts. Life's lessons are often hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to go on to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. In my 30's, it is the first when I am truly feeling like I am alive. By sharing my experiences I hope my experiences will resonate with your own. I would like that my writings can aid to realize that you're not in isolation. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish anything that your heart desires. I pray that you can live your the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets since that's the only thing that we can count on in our existence.
