Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967 in Atlanta. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. Her father took the first interest to theatre. He performed on the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions in Atlanta. While stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi, he received his induction into the airforce in the year 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was also in the production. They got married in the year 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter as well as his spouse were discharged from their Air Force service in and enrolled Walter at Tulane University. Walter joined Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local children's Saturday morning show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies and their Buddies, which they both funded. The following year, they started the Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for six years. The couple had another two children. Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also known by the name Lisa) and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also know as Julie).
